Beth is having chunky feelings!
It is amazing how gross I feel after not exercising for one week. I'm sure I look the same. I think exercising really boosts self confidence. So the weather is sunny and cool this week, and I"m excited to get some fresh air. I have a goal of taking 5, 30 minute walks this week. Then continue with my regular floor exercises. So, I continue to be grateful for your support. I love checking in on all of you. Keep up the hard work, one day.....results will follow. Lisa and I are also supporting eachother with a 3 meal a day 2 snack routine, and no eating after 7:00pm. It feels good to not eat after 7:00. I'm always starving in the morning.
