This must be a quick check in because the kids are getting ready to come in the door from school. I am quite excited about my new week of exercise. I worked out in the yard today and then went on a 25 min. walk. My back and arms feel pretty tired. Bonnie, are you doing Jane Fonda leg lifts? I put the pedometer on today - for the first time in a long time. It fell off twice and reset itself before I had even checked my steps so I took it off. Are you girls still using yours??? I'm going to try to alternate my elliptical with working/walking outside this week. Any good food goals for the week?? Let's stay strong!!!!!!!!!!!!!
