I'm actually looking forward to this weeks exercise goals. No huge changes for me.
20 min elliptical 5X a week (or 30 min walk)
150 crunches (or my new 10 min. palates dvd)
20 girl push-ups
I would like report a very small and shocking achievement. There is a visual change in my upper abs. A small indentation in the middle between the muscle. This is very shocking to me because I haven't seen this in years. I'm strengthening my inner girdle. I'm also very open to any suggestions for the title of the blog or any changes. Happy exercising girls.

Ok, because Sarah called me a "lurker" because I don't comment much: Here I AM! I'm very impressed with all the dedication that is happening around here. Beth, WAY TO GO on the indentation. That is awesome. All I can report is a giant, growing, "reverse" indentation. Someday...
