Beth's goal for week 2.

I think I'll stick with my 5x15 min plan but add 100 crunches 5x a week as well. I am going to do Monday, wednesday, Friday core plan plus protein shakes and see how it feels. Wish me luck. Please join me if you can.

  1. Wow Beth...very good. 100 crunches?!?!?!??!? I don't even know if I can do that many without severe distress. I might try tonight out of curiosity. And the core plan MWF! That is very good. I do feel a slight turn in my desire to amp up with some healthy eating goals. We'll have to see how it develop. I am gently trying to add more vegi's this week. I did have a big salad for lunch.
