goal time!

Well I'm gearing up for a new week of fitness after a weekend of no exercise and eating. I sent Dane off for week 4 away from the family. Cried, ate a candy bar, and ready to set new goals.
Nothing to new this week:
20 min. elliptical or 30 min. walk
150 abdominal reps.
15 push-ups.
all 5x this week.
Lets go girls. Lets not lose any steam this week.
I would like to hear if anyone is noticing any changes in how they feel, or how their clothes feel after just a few weeks.
