hello muffins -- and congratulations to all new aunts in the group! that's very exciting.
I have two goals this week. The first is the usual: to exercise five days, with two or three of those at the gym. For the second: I bought a pedometer over the weekend and am wearing it for the first time today. They say the goal is to walk 10,000 steps a day -- so today and tomorrow i'm going to track to see what's 'normal' for me, and then I'll set a goal something beyond my normal. Does anyone want to join me in the pedometer tracking? I bought mine at Target for $9, so it's a pretty minimal investment, and probably a good way to know how much incidental exercise we get.
I don't notice any big changes yet in fitness level or clothes -- but soon! Wednesday is WW day, so I don't have any losing update -- i will let you know, though. Meanwhile, be warm and fit and well!
