Up and at 'em this morning

So I'm off to a better start today. I just got off my elliptical (7 min. resistance 1!). Pretty whimpy but I also did stretches, weights and situps. I'm sitting here icing my ankle just to play it safe. Beth I'm so impressed with your amount of situps - that's a lot. Sarah- I really wish you could have taken some good video of your b.dancing class - that would have been an inspiration to all of us. Maybe I really will join you next week!! Everyone have a good day and be strong!

    just reporting that I just did 80 sit ups. Is everyone impressed? Oh and 5 more min. on the elliptical. I really feel like I'm 85! I ate a ton today though so maybe I should go do a couple more 5 min. sessions before bed!!!! Kelly, you sound like you are really doing a lot! Are you tired today from b. dancing?
