Hi Bonnie...welcome to the exercise blog

We are glad you could join us.  As you can see we have only been at it a week but we all feel like it has a lot of potential for keeping us on task.

For today's report I would like to say that I have done 20 minutes on my elliptical instead of my goal of 10.  Josh was home sick today so I couldn't go to Curves.  That leaves a lot of pressure for the rest of the week.    It did feel really good to have a successful week last week so I'm going to try my best to repeat it.  Keep strong girls....keep strong....

  1. well done Sarah! Your curves 3x a week is a little stressful if you happen to get trapped. You should have a home replacement option as a back-up.
